Jim is a registered CSWIP 3.2.2 Senior Welding Inspector. Jim is also a Chartered Quality Professional and an IRCA registered QMS lead auditor with NEBOSH certificates in Occupational Health and Safety and in Environmental Management. Prior to joining Sandberg, Jim was the manager of a UKAS accredited Certification Body with a focus on the steel construction industry from manufacture of steel products to the installation of steel structures as well as being a Notified Body for the CE marking of structural steel products. Jim has nearly 35 years of experience of working as an NDT technician, welding inspection, QC inspection on oil rigs, power stations and petrochemical installations at a variety of locations around the world.
