HR telephone consultation
Our HR SilverGuard customers receive a phone assessment to examine and discuss your existing employment practices, systems and procedures. Your dedicated consultant will get a thorough picture of your business, including your key risk areas and information needed for your employee handbook and employment contracts. Following your consultation we provide a tailored handbook and bespoke template contracts.
24 hour support and HR telephone helpline
There is always someone on hand to provide expert advice. Unless in the field or outside of normal working hours, your consultant will have immediate access to your records and documents which will facilitate meaningful and rapid advice. The advice and guidance is recorded in the online management system and is always available for you to refer back to.
Online management system
Our online tool gives you access to save or print all of your essential HR documentation, including employee handbook, contracts, personnel policies and template letters. The system has a robust employee records section where details can be entered. Our HR online system tracks conversations with and guidance given by your HR consultant for you to refer to at anytime.
Tribunal advocacy – within LEI
Should you be involved in a tribunal case, we provide representation and help deal with all matters involved. This can include completing the response to a tribunal application (ET3), conducting relevant research, visiting clients, preparing witness statements and documentation right through to employment tribunal support and representation. We have experts in HR and employment law here to help you.
Specialist support visits
For an additional fee, we can provide our HR SilverGuard customers onsite support visits to address whatever HR issues or topics you need. Reasons for visits might include:
- Redundancy, restructuring, lay-off, short-time working or any other contract variations
- Review of employee handbook and contract statements
- Complex disciplinary or grievance issues including potential discrimination issues
- TUPE implications
- Relocation of premises – impact on workforce
- Coaching or informal training to an individual or small management group

Our consultants keep your handbook, template contracts, statutory information and documentation up to date with legal requirements as dictated by changes in legislation.
