Overview of course

Bullying and harassment is behaviour that makes someone feel intimidated or offended. Harassment is unlawful under the Equality Act 2010. This course covers a range of topics including understanding the employer’s duty of care, what constitutes bullying or harassing behaviour and discrimination, disability and grievance procedures, and the risks of getting it wrong.
