The Career Opportunity
We are actively looking to recruit for Business Support Executives for our Huddersfield office.

The Role Responsibilities
Business Support Executives are responsible for general business support, this includes call handling, client queries, preparation of technical reports and administrative duties as required for the HR and HS consultancy teams. You would be expected to be flexible in your approach and take on ad-hoc tasks as required to support the achievement of the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The Experience and Knowledge Required
You must have previous experience in a business administration role and dealing with customers. An excellent telephone manner is important as is the ability to prioritise workload and have experience of working as part of a team. In-house training, will be provided for the systems the company uses.

The Qualifications
You should hold a minimum of secondary education, with good literacy and numeracy skills. Qualifications in business administration are desirable for this role.

The Company Benefits
Competitive salary, 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays) per annum, pension scheme after qualifying period.

£14,000-£16,000 depending on skills, qualifications and experience
