As People Coordinator at Alcumus, my role is to provide consistent and structured support during your first few months with us- from offer email, during on-boarding and throughout your probation period. I arrange and deliver a two day induction to welcome you to the business and also carry out all the “behind the scenes” activities that go with our onboarding process to ensure you have a first class experience.
