I started with Alcumus in 2016 as an Internal Recruiter and in May 2018 I was lucky to be offered the chance to begin a new role as People Coordinator. This role is in place to provide support to new employees and line managers throughout the onboarding process and all the way through to completing probation.

This role encompasses everything I love about recruitment; speaking to new people, making sure they have the best experience possible and also allows me to deliver induction and training where needed which I thoroughly enjoy.

Alcumus has given me the chance to complete my Recruitment Certificate and also my IOSH – Managing Safely, it’s great to work for a company that is so invested in its people.

Technical Internal Recruiter

My position as Technical Internal Recruiter is to provide recruitment market knowledge for our fast-growing Technology team, as well as building key relationships with our stakeholders, internal teams and tech talent on the market. I have a strong background in recruiting for both industry standard and niche technical skillsets.

I love working in the tech industry and have a genuine passion for Information Technology as a whole. I have a vast amount of experience working with very technical skillsets such as: Front end / back end developers, Web developers, UX/UI, Mobile development and Software development.

My favourite value within the Alcumus Group is ‘Be subject matter experts’. I pride myself on knowing my market and the excellent talent within it.
