Business Development Manager / Field Sales - Health and Safety / COSHH Management
Salary up to £40,000 with additional 30K OTE (uncapped) + Company Car/ Car Allowance + Benefits
A large number of businesses use or create hazardous substances as part of their day to day processes, therefore a robust COSHH management strategy is vital to safeguard staff and comply with legislation.
As a Field-based Business Development Manager for Alcumus Sypol, you would be working closely with big brand clients (35% of the FTSE 100) to reduce the risk associated with not managing this effectively, helping them to become safer, healthier and stronger
Working across the South, you will own the annual territory sales plan and manage the consultative sales process with blue chip organisations across multiple industry sectors from initial contact right through to delivery
In addition to self-generated leads, you will have the support of the business analyst and marketing teams where required to assist with market mapping and arranging initial appointments
The Alcumus Sypol product is used by 875 clients across more than 20 diverse industries with excellent retention rates and strong NPS scores

The successful candidate will be an articulate, self-motivated sales professional with proven success of building lasting working relationships with clients in a corporate environment. With a strong track record of delivery against a new business target, you will demonstrate excellent influencing skills and be able to present confidently and effectively to senior level stakeholders
