Location:  Aylesbury

Salary:  £19,170

Role Purpose
 
To provide and deliver COSHH Management System (CMS) subscriptions alongside associated Compliance services to clients which assist with their employee’s ongoing safety and wellbeing.  To ensure continued improvement of the CMS software in line with customer needs, legislation and competitors services.   To support the sales process, by identifying potential leads for new business across the group.

Write suitable and sufficient COSHH assessments; competently provide helpdesk support (for both internal and external helpdesks). Customer care support as appropriate, such as delivery of WebEx training, support calls etc.


Role Responsibilities:
 

  • Compiling suitable and sufficient COSHH assessments

  • Logging CMS helpdesk support requests & providing advice to subscribers

  • Deliver web based training to subscribers of CMS

  • Assist with maintenance and renewal of CMS ISO 9001:2008 quality accreditation

  • Actively manage specific customers CMS systems

  • Supporting induction program by assisting new starters.



Required Experience:
 

  • A science based university degree.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and literacy skills

  • Science and customer relations background

  • Experience presenting information via PowerPoint

  • Computer literate with experience using Word and Excel packages.
