Finance Business Partner - Stratford-Upon-Avon office

Based out of our Stratford-Upon-Avon office (with some travel to Cardiff HQ as required)

Salary £40,000- 45,000+ Company Car/ Car Allowance + Benefits
 
Alcumus  is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner, Finance Director and Senior Management Team to provide financial, analytical and strategic decision support to senior management across assigned Business Units.

Based out of our Stratford-Upon-Avon office (with some travel to Cardiff HQ as required), the ideal candidate will be a highly analytical chartered accountant who can turn data into insight and make well-considered recommendations in a dynamic growth environment. The successful candidate will have an excellent financial grounding, demonstrable commercial awareness and strong stakeholder engagement skills. 

Responsibilities within the role will include providing timely and effective financial performance reporting/ forecasting/ budgeting and insight to support the Business Directors in driving profitable performance; cost and benefit identification and tracking to ensure any cost challenge programme is achieved/ benefits realised and delivered; deliver strategic cost insight and financial modelling of business scenarios to support and challenge the leadership team in delivering their objectives and committed to building and maintaining strong working relationships across the Group, influencing decisions with key stakeholders and supporting their strategic agendas.
