The Head of Digital Marketing is a new position within the business, introduced to further drive our growth agenda across digital platforms. The role holds responsibility for developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy (acquisition of new clients and upsell/retention of existing clients) and will have ownership for all elements of the Digital Marketing mix, including eCommerce and platform optimisation
Based in our HQ (Nantgarw, just outside Cardiff), you will own the Digital Strategy and manage the budget across multiple digital channels. In addition to line management of the Digital team, you will collaborate and partner with other functional business areas including Technology, Finance, Sales and Operations; managing and communicating with senior stakeholders across the business, including Director and C-Level
The successful candidate will be an articulate, self-motivated professional with proven success of managing a Digital Team at this level and experience of defining and implementing a digital marketing strategy. You will ideally be degree educated (in a marketing or business-related subject)/ CIM qualified and have excellent leadership skills
