The Head of Membership Marketing is an exciting new opportunity to develop and implement a revenue and profit-driving marketing retention strategy for our Safecontractor division
With more than 375 clients (which includes 35% of the FTSE 100) and 30,000 contractor members; SafeContractor is one of the fastest growing health and safety assessment schemes in the UK (30% YOY growth for 3 consecutive years)
Based in our HQ (Nantgarw, just outside Cardiff), you will own the membership marketing strategy and refine the value propositions for targeted customer segments and optimising the customer journey. In addition to line management of the Membership Marketing team, you will collaborate and partner with senior stakeholders across the business, including Director and C-Level
The successful candidate will be an articulate, self-motivated professional with proven success of working on retention programmes, ideally with a membership/subscription background and experience of defining and implementing a retention strategy. You will ideally be degree educated (in a marketing or business-related subject)/ CIM qualified and have excellent leadership skills
