Due to massive expansion our Tech team is growing under our CTO who has a vision of Alcumus not just being Technology led but Software driven. The markets we operate in were once highly reliant on paper-based processes, transitioned to digitised forms and our new strategy is to develop revolutionary applications to enable our clients to operate healthier, safer and stronger workplaces. Technology is one of our key pillars of focus for the next few years and I am pleased to show that we have had 233% growth in tech in 2018 alone! Due to all this growth we need to expand our Infrastructure team to ensure we can support and maintain our IT Infrastructure. This role will sit as an escalation point as 3rd line support to customers within our agreed SLA.
Previous experience within Helpdesk, Infrastructure or 1st to 3rd line support
An interest to provide great customer service to customers
Monitor and maintain our Infrastructure Team in order to allow continued service to our customers
Work with the Technology Team to specify, design and build new infrastructure for these projects
Excited by the proposition of providing 3rd line technical support to 500+ users, while maintaining a high degree of customer service
Take ownership of user problems and being proactive when dealing with their issues
Supporting Company Hardware, Desktops, Laptops and mobile phones and software
Work closely with our external 3rd party Service Providers
Responsibility for housekeeping duties as assigned
Assist in updating the Technology Self Service Portal
Be pro-active in suggesting methods and actions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the Tech Support Team
To provide support during the opening hours of the Tech Support Team, 08:00 till 18:00 via shifts
Any Experience with Cloud Technologies would be highly advantageous but not required
