Our Information Exchange team based just outside of Stratford Upon Avon is looking to expand our capabilities with a further configuration specialist! As part of the Alcumus Group our team here provide a bespoke software solution to assist our clients manage their compliance risks. We do this by using our tool IE2, which you will receive full training on in your first 6 months! The utilisation of software over paper-based systems will allow us to not just secure your data but to gather your data and intelligence that can be used to predict and prevent incidents which will in turn, save lives.
The office is based in the “The Bean Store” which is home to our Information exchange team. A modern environment, well light office, housing our hardworking team in a converted barn with free parking onsite!
This opportunity ideally appeals to a candidate with a basic understanding of coding or any experience of configuration. If this applies to you and you have had experience of customer service, then this could be an ideal opportunity for you to join the team! In this role you will be configuring the solution for our clients to a high standard, a strong attention to detail on supporting help desk to ensure tickets are resolved.  If you are looking for a role which offers great progression. We have growth plans to see this team grow further over the next 24 months and we would like to see those within the team climb the progression ladder!
Required Skills

  • Willingness to learn our IE2 platform

  • Ideally an interest or hold experience within a technical role

  • Knowledge of Relational Databases

  • Basic programming skills Ideally in – C#, VB.NET or CSS

  • Experienced in delivering customer service, from retail to telesales!

  • Enjoy working as part of a team
