Basic Salary of £60,000- £90,000 (DOE) + Company Car/ Car Allowance + Benefits
The Marketing Director/Head of Marketing - Advisory and Accreditation is a new position within the business, introduced to support the Chief Marketing Officer, Mike Fogden, to further drive our growth agenda.
Based at our HQ, just outside Cardiff (with flexible working). The role is accountable for all elements of the marketing mix to drive customer awareness through to purchase and meet KPIs for the Division (including brand awareness/ reputation, lead generation, acquisition revenues, retention and customer experience).
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, both creative and commercial in approach and have exceptional communication and leadership skills. You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working at Head Of/Director level within a fast-paced organisation, with clear experience of defining and implementing marketing strategy and proven success in managing a team at this level.
You will ideally be degree educated (in a marketing or business-related subject)/ CIM qualified and have excellent leadership skills.
