The Opportunity:
Reporting to Client Operations Manager, the Client Services Coordinator opportunity holds responsibility for providing service excellence through coordination of the operational and administrative aspects of service delivery to Clients, to agreed performance KPIs, SLAs and service standards.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrable experience in a customer support role. The ideal candidate will have significant administration experience where they have worked to tight deadlines. The candidate will have advanced computer skills (including excel and other Microsoft packages) and have strong communication and listening skills. The ideal candidate will be confident with communication via several mediums including email and phone.

The Process:
