The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Account Executive opportunity holds responsibility for providing a ‘best in class’ support to the Sypol Sales and Account Management team relating to: client insight and data reporting, contracts, general administration and system management. This is primarily a sales role with the focus on supporting revenue growth and retention from the existing client portfolio. There is genuine potential for career progression for the right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate:

With a minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, we are looking for an ambitious candidate who can optimise opportunities through outbound calls and upselling to our existing client base. You should have experience of booking in client appointments and passing on leads to the sales and account management team. To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction you should have a working knowledge of creating monthly revenue forecasts and keeping internal systems up to date to ensure an efficient billing cycle and reduction of invoices. You should have demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office packages & ideally come from a Health & Safety background with a basic understanding of COSHH.
