Job Title: Business Development Director – Enterprise

Salary: £Negotiable + Strong, un-capped OTE + Company Car/ Car Allowance

Location: Field-based with UK travel

 

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the VP Sales, The Business Development Director- Enterprise holds responsibility for successfully delivering an annual new business sales target through the creation, development and conversion of sales pipeline with an agreed list of targeted enterprise accounts largely focussed in UK, but often with multinational operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will have extensive Enterprise / Solutions sales background, experience of self-generating multi-million £ pipeline value through to successful conversion in a complex B2B sales environment.

You will have a proven track record of delivery to target in a new business environment and building strong customer relationships, effectively setting and managing stakeholders’ expectations.

You will be an effective communicator with the ability to navigate a prospective buyer's ecosystem with multiple stakeholders to manage and win complex sales with £x00k+ deal values, using proven structures sales methodologies. Experience selling EHS/GRC/Business Process Management technology would also be advantageous.

The Process:

The typical recruitment process for shortlisted candidates will be an initial phone/Microsoft Teams conversation with the recruitment team followed by two/three stages of interviews- one which will include a presentation element and a psychometric test.

Due to Covid-19, our normal recruitment process has been adapted to ensure the safety of both our employee’s and candidates therefore, where possible, interviews will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams. To ensure the quality and experience of the process is kept at a high standard, you will be thoroughly prepared prior to your interview.
