Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Company Car/Car Allowance

Your working location may be temporarily different due to Covid-19. Once applicable, your normal working location will be field based, with regular travel to our office in Stratford-upon-Avon.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success (Key Account Management) – Sypol, the Customer Success Manager will join a growing team at a pivotal time for our business both within Sypol and Alcumus more broadly.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships within our large existing client base and operate as a trusted partner and advisor in COSHH management.
The Customer Success Manager also holds accountability for accelerating revenue and profitability from key clients through strategic and effective key account management and planning.
There are currently exciting untapped opportunities to grow the commercial value of key accounts through upselling COSHH management solutions into our multi-site based clients and the Customer Success Manager will navigating the various stakeholders in order to penetrate other divisions, channels and regions.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success/Key Account Manager with a depth of experience implementing successful key account management strategies and plans, whilst developing trusted relationships with clients and supporting their needs on an ongoing basis.

You will have confidence and integrity in your approach, with an ability to work with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation. Due to the nature of our business, high level of commercial acumen and ability to work with agility and at pace is also essential. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive an innovative approach toward achieving targets and driving revenue.

Experience in a commercial role within a SaaS business is required, and additionally experience within the COSHH and/or EHS industry would be highly advantageous but it is not essential.

The Process:
