Job Title: Key Account Manager  

Salary: Competitive + Commission + Company Car/ Car Allowance 

Location: Your working location may be temporarily different due to Covid-19. Once applicable, your normal working location will be Stratford Upon-Avon  

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Account Management, the Key Account Manager holds responsibility for managing  a range of Key Accounts, utilising account management methodologies to understand and support our Clients' strategy and challenges through the integration of Alcumus Services and Software. You will work seamlessly with the Alcumus Group to maximise revenue and profit growth.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager from a SaaS background who recognises the importance of customer service and satisfaction. As this role is responsible for maximising service delivery performance, you should be results driven with the ability to form strong working relationships.
To optimise every opportunity, you should have demonstrable experience of contract renewals, client review meetings, cross selling, handling finance queries and SaaS and strong achievements around client revenue growth. As we are looking for subject matter experts, you will bring strong market knowledge, including competitors and regularity activity.

The Process

Due to Covid-19 our normal recruitment process has been adapted to ensure the safety of our employee’s and candidates. To ensure the quality and experience of the process is kept at a high standard, you will be thoroughly prepared prior to your interview. Please ensure that you have access to a webcam and either teams/skype so that your interview can take place virtually. 

The typical recruitment process for shortlisted candidates will be an initial phone interview followed by two stages of face to face interviews- one which may include a presentation element.
