Job Title: Operations Manager - Academy
Salary: Competitive + Company Car/ Car Allowance
Location: Manchester with the ability to work from home during Covid-19 restrictions.
 
The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Field Operations Director, the Academy Operations Manager opportunity holds responsibility for the leadership, management and strategic development and direction of the Alcumus Training Academy through a team of Trainers and administrators. With full P&L responsibility, building strong external partnership relationships in order to maximise sales and growth of our customer base is crucial to its success.  The role will also be the main point of contact for external stakeholders and governing bodies (CQI IRCA). The role includes extensive travel throughout the UK.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a demonstrable, strong leader of people with the ability to set and manage budgets, forecasting and P&L, set and achieve targets and SLA’s.  Although not mandatory, experience in an ISO or training / academy background would be useful for this role.  Candidates must have the ability to build strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders and have excellent communication skills.  Candidates should be professional, energetic and have a passion for developing others with the ability to pass on knowledge and provide mentorship.

The Process:
Due to Covid-19 our normal recruitment process has been adapted to ensure the safety of our employee’s and candidates.
