The Opportunity:
Reporting to Technical Team Manager, the Technical Officer opportunity holds responsibility for delivering effective and compliant administration of all technical aspects of the certification process, ensuring that all business and UKAS requirements are adhered to.  Although this is role is primarily concerned with UK Operations, there will from time to time be a requirement to assist the International team with technical support.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate who has experience of working within the certification industry, who ideally has a demonstrable understanding of UKAS and ISO standards. The ideal candidate will have very strong attention to detail and be comfortable with reviewing and amending large documents such audit reports. As this role will involve regular communication with stakeholders, the ideal candidate will have experience in a customer (internal and external) facing role where they have used numerous communication methods and have used active listening and questioning skills. High levels of literacy are required for this role.
