Job Title: VP Marketing- Software
Salary: £Highly Competitive + Company Car/ Car Allowance
Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon (Currently working from home until further notice)
 
The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Managing Director-Software and Certification, the VP Marketing-Software opportunity holds responsibility for establishing and implementing the divisional marketing strategy across our Info Exchange, Sypol and Banyard Solutions product lines.

The role is accountable for all elements of the marketing mix to drive customer awareness through to purchase and meet KPIs for the Division (including brand awareness/ reputation, lead generation, acquisition revenues, retention and customer experience). 

As vital member of the senior management team, the VP Marketing – Software, will also be responsible for taking to market several SaaS product-lines, across numerous sectors and geographies.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a seasoned VP/Director Marketing with significant experience of defining and implementing a marketing strategy within a SaaS business. With proven ability of driving lead generation and brand awareness within target customers, the successful candidate will be confident working with data, insight and CRM functions to extract KPIs and performance insights.

Experience of working within private equity backed organisations or within the COSHH and/or EHS industry would be highly advantageous.

You will be a natural leader with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation. You will be highly numerate/analytical and have excellent commercial awareness.

Ability to work with agility and at pace is also essential.

The Process:

We will endeavour to provide feedback on your application within 2 weeks of submitting your CV.
The typical recruitment process for shortlisted candidates will be an initial phone/Microsoft Teams conversation with the recruitment team followed by two/three stages of interviews- one which will include a presentation element and a psychometric test.

Due to Covid-19, our normal recruitment process has been adapted to ensure the safety of both our employee’s and candidates therefore, where possible, interviews will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams. To ensure the quality and experience of the process is kept at a high standard, you will be thoroughly prepared prior to your interview.
