Job Title: Customer Experience Director
Salary: £Competitive + Management Bonus + Company Car/ Car Allowance
Location: Cardiff (currently set up to be working from home until further notice)
Reporting to the Managing Director- Accreditation & Commercial, the Customer Experience Director opportunity holds responsibility for delivering a best in class customer experience to all clients across our Safecontractor and PSM business lines to ensure revenue targets for retention are achieved.
This includes designing, implementing and managing a comprehensive customer lifecycle management approach which delivers a right first-time customer joining experience and excellent in life customer service which enables high customer retention.
In addition, this role holds accountability for optimising and integrating people, processes and systems to continuously improve both customer experience and business efficiency and effectiveness; ensuring the achievement of high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

The Ideal Candidate:
Working with a large team of people across multiple disciplines, we are looking for a people-focused leader with the ability to lead and coach teams to meet and exceed targets. You will have a proven track record of continuous process improvement, a customer life cycle management background and B2B/solution product experience in a customer facing role.
You will be highly data rational with excellent knowledge of business systems and processes, proactive by nature and confident to challenge the status quo. Experience working within a membership organisation is also highly desirable.
