Job Title: Registrations Advisor (New Business) ​

Location:  Cardiff

Role Purpose: 

To undertake a process of selling via letter, e-mail, web-chat and telephone to prospective contractor leads provided by clients and direct enquiry.

Role Responsibilities:
 

  • To undertake a high volume of phone calls, both inbound and outbound, to prospective contractors to sell them the benefits of joining the SafeContractor scheme.

  • To objection handle prospective customers

  • To ensure CRM is kept up to date with correct information relating to the contractor.

  • To deal with contractor queries regarding the membership scheme, including basic Health & Safety queries.

  • To recommend new ideas and methods of working to ensure that a high conversion rate of contractors joining the scheme is attained.

  • To help identify new potential clients for any of the SafeContractor products.

  • To hit individual targets.
     

Required Experience
 

  • As a minimum, 8 GCSE’s and 3 A levels or equivalent

  • Previous telesales and objection handling experience

  • Excellent customer service and telephone call experience.

  • Ability to prioritise and work within deadlines.

  • Excel spreadsheet experience.

  • Good organisational skills.

  • Able to work under pressure.

  • Experience working within a team.

  • Computer literate
