Our Reportline Team within Alcumus HSE are now looking for a motivated Reportline Consultant to join them in supporting the team in the fast-paced environment of supporting clients with their enquiries efficiently, accurately and courteously. Completing the goal of clients feeling that their call has been dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Based in our Head Office, Cardiff, the successful candidate will also be responsible for answering calls and providing a quality service that always ensures customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to carry out administrative duties that supports the operation of the Contact Centre and other departments. You will be compliant and ensure that highest quality standards are met within Reportline at all times.
The successful candidate will be an articulate, self-motivated professional with particular ability for attention to detail. You will be Word and Excel proficient and able to provide first class customer service to clients. We are looking for a team player, yet someone with the independence to work on their own accord. You will be a self-starter, an effective communicator and be systems proficient. We are looking for an adaptable candidate who holds a hands-on approach.
