Salary up to £50,000 with additional 40K OTE (uncapped) + Company Car/ Car Allowance + Benefits
 
The consequences of disruption within the supply chain can have an immediate financial impact on an organisation, resulting in long-term damage. 
As a Field-based Business Development Manager for Alcumus Safecontractor, you would be working closely with big brand clients (35% of the FTSE 100) to reduce this risk, helping them to become safer, healthier and stronger
 
Working across the South East, you will own the annual territory sales plan and manage the consultative sales process with blue chip organisations across multiple industry sectors from initial contact right through to implementation
 
In addition to self-generated leads, you will have the support of the business analyst and marketing teams where required to assist with market mapping and arranging initial appointments 
 
The Alcumus Safecontractor product is the fastest growing Membership Accreditation scheme in the UK with excellent retention rates and strong client/ contractor NPS scores

The successful candidate will be an articulate, self-motivated sales professional with proven success of building lasting working relationships with clients in a corporate environment. With a strong track record of delivery against a new business target, you will demonstrate excellent influencing skills and be able to present confidently and effectively to senior level stakeholders
