Starting Salary of £23,000
Our growing Technical Team within Alcumus ISOQAR are now looking for an experienced and focused Technical Officer to join them to support the delivery of compliant administration of all technical process of the certification process.
Based in our Manchester office, the successful candidate will also take responsibility to complete and submit application reviews for approval and work closely with the Technical Team Manager. You will review stages of audit reports and prepare for audit plans as required. You will also be responsible for dealing with technical enquires from auditors, clients and consultants and respond to these queries in an efficient manner. You will work closely with the audit liaison team in supporting the allocation of auditors to specific jobs.
The successful candidate will be an articulate, self-motivated professional with a background in supporting and consulting clients. You will hold excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. You should be confident, with the ability to multi-task and to remain calm under pressure. Ideally, you will have a good understanding on the certification industry and have 2 years’ experience in relevant areas. You will also have the ability the handle a fast-paced environment and have an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude.
